SPA PROCEDURES
COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

For the safety of our guests and staff, we will be implementing the following COVID-19 Recommendations:

Fill out digital pre-treatment forms prior to arrival, if possible.

If you develop any of the following symptoms prior to your service, please let us know as soon as you are aware: cough, shortness of breath, fever, muscle or body aches, new loss of taste or smell.

If you have any special requests due to COVID-19 concerns, please let us know prior to your visit.

While masks are not required, if you are unvaccinated, consider wearing a mask to reduce the risk of COVID-19.

SERVICES
- Guests may take off their masks and/or be asked to during services where the mask may impact the ability of the employee to do her job.
- Employees are required to sanitize and clean all treatment rooms before and after every customer's arrival and departure for your safety.

CANCELLATIONS

If you are experiencing last minute COVID symptoms and it is within our 24-hour cancellation policy, we will cancel the appointment but charge the amount of the service for an in-store credit at the spa to be used at a later date.
