Rest assured that all employees at the Brickhouse Day Spa are Kansas state licensed estheticians, cosmetologists, or trained massage therapists.  Each employee is trained by the Brickhouse Day Spa to assure you receive the same great service each and every time.

BOOKING

APPOINTMENTS

Please call us at (785) 639-8088 or click BOOK ONLINE in the header to book all appointments. A credit card is required to hold all appointments at the time of booking!

CANCELLATION

POLICY

We understand that sometimes life happens, and you may have to cancel an appointment with us. We ask that you give us a fair warning. You will be emailed or texted the day before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is our company policy for all clients to give 24-hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a 10% charge for the scheduled treatment (extenuating circumstances exempt from policy).

 

If you reschedule more than three times, we will cancel your appointment and charge you a 10% cancellation fee.  Holding that time and then continuing to reschedule the day before hurts our business and hinders other clients from scheduling an appointment!

If you pre-pay for an appointment for someone else, but he/she cannot make it, we will put the refund on a gift card for future use here at the spa! We will not refund to the original method of payment.

PUNCTUALITY

We respectfully request that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When you book a service, the employee's time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment! If you are late to your appointment, our spa policy is that your treatment will be shortened.  If you are over ten minutes late, it will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee.

REFUND

If you are dissatisfied with your service from the Brickhouse Day Spa, our refund policy is to allow us to make it right with a second chance! We will refund your service back onto a gift card for you to book another service at the spa! No cash/credit back refunds will be given.  For questions about our refund policy, please contact us at (785) 625-4747.

GIFT CARD

DORMANCY

Federal and Kansas state regulations permit dormancy fees if the gift card has gone unused for at least 12 months. Our dormancy (inactive) fee of 10% of the original value will be assessed once a month after 12 months of inactivity.  If the card is used, the card will become active again and will no longer be charged the fee until it is inactive again for 12 months.
